About Us

I started learning how to invest in real estate back in the early 2000s from my father who retired from a long successful military career but wanted some extra residual income. My father had already been involved for quite some time when I began to learn from him about how to invest, remodel, and manage different properties.

By March 3, 2016, I was ready to start my own business investing, remodeling, and managing properties. Initially, I was managing and doing all the remodeling projects. I didn’t have the capital or enough access to focus on investing. As time went on, I became more and more skilled at remodeling. Particularly, the flooring trade, as it became a hobby that I enjoyed. When I started my business in 2016, I was already very skilled at flooring. Because of this, it was not long before I could also add properties to my portfolio!
